As the month of Ramadan entered the second day Muslim faithfuls had been enjoined to be steadfast in offering prayers to Allah S.W.T for peaceful coexistence and socioeconomic development in the nation.

The Speaker, Kano State House of Assembly, Rt. Honarable Engineer Hamisu Ibrahim Chidari stated this pointing out that the Holy Month of Ramadan is a month of Rahma, Blessings and forgiveness stating that it has become highly imperative for the entire Muslim Faithfuls to utilised the month judiciously towards seeking Devine interventions to the problems bedeviling the nation.

Speaker Chidari then thanks the people of the State especially the Emirate Council’s, the Ulamas and the individual family members on their efforts in offering prayers to Allah S.W.T for the betterment and overall development of the State and the nation, describing such efforts as highly commendable and urged them to sustain the tempo even after Ramadan Period.

He further assured the good people of the State that the incumbent administration in Kano State would continue to uplift the standard of living of the people in the State.

Similarly, the Clerk and Head of Legislative Service, Alhaji Garba Bako Gezawa applaud the Honourable Members of the House for their utmost contributions in Law making that touches the lives of the people of the State positively as well as the good working relations that is existing between the Legislative and Executive Arms which he said is a symbol of unity and progress in the state
