Court Orders Gen. Dambazau Releases Products confiscated from Owner

The trial Judge, gave the order after reading the affidavit is support of the motion duly deposed to by the applicant himself

The Kano State High Court presided over Justice Nasiru Saminu has ordered Kano State Consumer Protection Council and its Managing Director, General Idris Bello Dambazau (retd) to release 323 jerrycans of palm oil, 13 drums and 4 jerrycans of vegetable oil to its owner, Alhaji Sani Ismail, (Applicant), forthwith.

The court order sighted by Radio Nigeria Pyramid FM, Crime Correspondent said by motion on notice dated 16th March, 2022.

The trial Judge, gave the order after reading the affidavit is support of the motion duly deposed to by the applicant him self.

The court similarrly made the order after hearing of the Barrister Usman Muhammad Fari for the Judgement Creditor/ Applicant and Barrister S.M Tirmizi, for Judgement Debtor/ Respondent.

Recalls that earlier on 28th February, 2022 Justice Nasiru Saminu ordered the defendants in the suit to release the products its confiscated from the shop of the Applicant, located at shop number 437 Galadima, Sabon Gari Market, Kano State, the defendant has not comply with the order.
