I urges Muslims to Continue Imbibing Ramadan Lessons – Dr. Tsanyawa

Muslim faithfuls have been enjoined to continue practicing the virtues and moral lessons they have acquired during the just concluded Ramadan Fasting.

The call was made by the Kano State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Aminu Ibrahim Tsanyawa in his Eid-el-Fitr message to Muslims globally as contained in a press release signed by the Head of the Public Relations Unit of the Ministry, Ibrahim Abdullahi.

The Commissioner stated that Ramadan is a spiritual university where Muslims undergo yearly to acquire moral etiquettes and characteristics that prepare them towards rigorous worshipping the Almighty and do humanitarian services to mankind.

Dr. Tsanyawa pointed out that, during Ramadan, righteousness, sense of belonging, endurance, kindness, self-restraint, persistent prayers, recitation of the Glorious Qur’an and other virtuous deeds are what Muslims identified with in order to become closer to their creator.

He further pointed out that people are therefore expected to continue practicing those cherished manners in the remaining months of the year after Ramadan so as to have their past sins wiped out by Allah.

‘I wish to respectfully and obediently extend my heart wishes to the health amiable Governor Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, his family, members of State Executive Council and people of Kunchi and Tsanyawa local government areas, in particular and the state at large, on this year’s Eid-el-Fitr merriments,’ averred the Commissioner.

He appreciated the moral commitment and political will of Governor Ganduje in uplifting the health sector of the state, buttressing that governor Ganduje has been the best governor of the country who accords health sector the most needed attention.

Dr. Tsanyawa also appreciated the continued support of the people of the state to the present administration, maintaining that “Without the support being enjoyed from Kanawa, the success wouldn’t have been achieved as we are witnessing today.”

He also called on them to be invoking Allah ceaselessly to salvage Nigeria against all odds, misfortunes and challenges it is facing that caused serious setbacks to the socioeconomic wellbeing of the citizens.

“What we are seeing today in the country is undeniably a mind boggling. We must humbly submit ourselves in totality to our Creator; seeking His Devine intervention.

“We must admit the fact that we are sinful to Him. By so doing, I am quite optimistic that He will come to our rescue,” Dr. Tsanyawa confidently asserted.
