Improving IGR, Electronic Data Collection In 44 LGA’S Is Our Priority- KNSG

Kano State Government has reassured determination towards achieving integrated revenue management and electronic data collections across the fouty four local government areas of the state.

The Deputy Governor of the state Camarade Aminu Abdussalam dropped the hint while flagging off a two day workshop for Education Secretaries and Primary Health Coordinators in kaduna

The Deputy Governor represented by the Permanent Sectary of the state Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Yusuf Datti Hussain said that the rational behind the exercise is to ensure that participants with equipped with modern techniques and ideas of the best ways to manage local government revenue including data collections of revenue generation.

In a statement signed by information officer state ministry for local government and chieftaincy affairs Dahiru Lawal Kofar Wanbai the Deputy Governor noted that by the end of the programme the participants were expected to casket down the training for the overall development at various communities

The deputy Governor who is also state Commissioner Ministry For Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs also assured the state government readiness of taking the local government affairs to greater heights.

While commending the participants on their deligence to the programme, Comrade Aminu Abdussalam enjoined the participants to always remain committed on the task of developing local communities.
