Kano Govt. Bids farewell to 234 Successful Army Applicants

The screening committee of the Nigerian Army 86 Regular Recruits Intake (RRI) 2023 have been commended for their punctuality and dedication to duty.

The commendation was made by the state commissioner for special duties, Hajiya Amina Abdullahi (HOD) and the Executive Secretary guidance and counselling board, Alhaji Faruk Abdu Sumaila while bidding farewell to the successful applicants as the screening has come to an end at Bukavu Barracks,Kano.

While addressing the applicants, they said that, Governor Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf accepted of all what is been requested to spend for the activities, adding that this testify government concern over its continued efforts of providing more job opportunities to the good people of the state.

“Each one of them, two hundred and thirty four (234) applicants benefited with the bedsheets, mat, feeding allowance, cup etc.Fifteen cars where provided for the conveyance of the applicants.” they added.

They urged candidates to be a good ambassadors were ever they found themselves.

As the applicants departed, with the officials of the Nigerian Army led by LT. Co. Hamid Ahmad and the officials from the guidance and counselling board, led by the Director guidance and training, Murtala Adamu Iliyasu, escorted them to falgore forest military training Camp.

In a statement signed by information officer state Guidance and Counselling Board Aminu Sani Ali, said all the thirty six (36) state of the country including the Federal Capital of Nigeria (Abuja) escorted and handed over the successful applicants to another set officials of Nigerian Army at falgore forest military training centre.

The accountant of state the guidance and counselling board, Yusuf Musa Dambatta together with C.E.O, Mal. Gambo Shehu, S.E.O, Abdullahi Rabi’u Doguwa, SSA of the board, Yahaya Yusuf Chiroma Kutama, SSA Military, Muhammad Hussain Dadinkowa, P.A to the Executive Secretary Aminu Sumaila and Nura Jalli, graced the trip.
