Kano House of Assembly Passed Fourty Bills

The Kano State House of Assembly has passed into law fourty bills, and many resolutions were presented before it sessions in the last four years.
The outgoing Speaker of the house Alhaji Hamisu Ibrahim Chidari made the disclosure during valedictory session of the assembly held in Kano.
He said the 9th Kano State House of Assembly have recorded unprecedented achievements especially in the lawmaking process.
Alhaji Hamisu Ibrahim Chidari also said the prominent among them are passage of Kano State House of Assembly Service Commission law, and champion the establishment of the commission.
The outgoing Speaker also said there is cordial relationship between legislature and executive were he commended former Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje for inaugurating first set of the members of Assembly Service Commission.
The State Parliamentary has also passed into law. 1. Kano State Judiciary Funds Management Law. 2. Kano State House of Assembly Funds Management Law.
3.Introduction of First ever Public Financial Management Reforms Law, aamong others.
Alhaji Hamisu Ibrahim Chidari also said, many resolutions were presented to the assembly in the last four years.

He further said the house has also passed laws that improve wellbeing of people in the state and commended people that voted them to serve in that capacity.
