New Perm. Sec. Salaries and Wages Bebeji Assumes Office

The newly appointed permanent secretary salaries and wages, office of the Head of Civil Service, Alhaji Magaji Lawan Bebeji has assumed duty today.

In a press statement signed by the Director Public Enlightenment, office of head of service Bintu Nuhu Yakasai, said the handing over ceremony took place at the Office of the Head of Civil Service and had in attendance, Directors of Salary and Wages, Human Resources & Administration and General Services including the entourage of the incoming permanent secretary.

In his welcome remarks, the permanent secretary Establishment, Ali Sani Fane gave gratitude to Allah SWT and to his Excellency, the executive governor of Kano state for giving him an opportunity to serve as permanent secretary salaries and wages.

The outgoing permanent secretary assured the incoming that there already exist a capable personnel to handle the onerous task of his new office.

He finally submitted his handing over notes to the new permanent secretary and both instantly signed the handing over notes.

Also, in his remarks, the new permanent secretary, salaries and wages, Alhaji Magaji Lawan Bebeji praised governor Ganduje for his love for the state and improving the civil service in ensuring salaries and wages are prompt and uncompromised.

He pledged that he will ensure all genuine complaints in respect of salaries and wages payments are addressed.

In his opening remarks, Director Salaries and Wages, Habibu Sani prayed for harmonious working relation between the personnel of the department and the new permanent secretary.
