NIESV to Partner with KSBLM on Staff Capacity Building

The newly elected National President Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, (NIESV) says the institution will partner with Kano state Bureau for Land Management (KSBLM) in building the capacity of KSBLM’s staff.

The President of the Institution Estate valuer Johnbull Anayaeubo disclosed this when he led the executive members of the institution to the Bureau for Land Management on a courtesy visit.

In a statement signed by information officer of the Bureau, Murtala Shehu Umar quoted the statement as saying ESV Johnbull pointed out that capacity building is one of the cardinal principle that every organization should pay more attention to.

“As an Estate Surveyor or Valuer you have to widen your knowledge to meet with the global best practices through conducting research and attending training, seminars and workshops.” Said ESV Johnbull.

“Since I became the President of this institution I am aware of the transformations you brought in land administrations and the cordial relationship you established between my institution and your organization.” ESV Johnbull added.

On her part, the Permanent Secretary, Kano state Bureau for land management, Dr. Zainab Ibrahim Braji welcomed and wish them a successful tenure.

In terms of staff capacity building, the Permanent Secretary said since she assumed duty she always encouraged staff to go and further their educations in various field related to land management and administration.

Dr. Zainab Braji also appreciated their plan on staff capacity building which she says is a welcome Development.
