Over 3,000 People Benefites From Medical Outreach Program In Metropolis

Not lessen three thousands residents of Kofar Mata and its neighbouring communities have benefited from the medical outreach programme organized by State Commissioner Ministry for Higher Education, Dr. Yusuf Ibrahim Kofar Mata.

Speaking, during the commencement of the programme at Sheikh Tijjanni Juma’at Mosque Kofar Mata, the Commissioner, said the essence of the programme is to alleviate the current hardship encountering by people especially in the healthcare, called on the people to use the medications accordingly.

Dr. Kofar Mata, further disclosed that the programme was in line to celebrates the 100 days of Gov. Abba Kabir Yusuf with aims to seek Allah’s blessing of the remarkable achievements recorded within the 100 days, stressing the need on the people of the state to continue praying for the present administration towards uplifting the State to the greater heights.

“I initiated the programme to celebrate Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf for clocking a successful 100 days in office”, Dr. Yusuf said.

In a statement signed by the information officer state ministry for higher Education Sunusi Kofar Na’isa said during the programme, the medical practitioners uppered a various different services to the beneficiaries that includes medical check-up, diagnosis and free medication.

Some of the beneficiaries, Malam Abdu of Kofar Mata quaters and A’isha Muhammad have commended the Commissioner for initiating the scheme which come at the right time considering the current predicament of economic downturn, expressing their joice and assured their continue cooperation and loyalty to the state gov. Abba Yusuf.

They also appealed to other political office holders and well to do in the society to emulate the good gesture done by the Commissioner Dr. Yusuf Kofar Mata.
