Kano State Private Healthcare Institutions Management Agency in collaboration with the Servicom Directorate organised a one-day sensitization to trained staff for effective and efficient service delivery.
The Director General of the Agency, Professor Salisu Ahmad Ibrahim said, capacity building became imperative for the staff to be acquainted with the vision and mission as well as the limitation of the agency by the civil service rule.
In a statement signed by information officer PHIMA Hidayatullah Garba said the sensitization which held at the conference hall of the agency, was attended by the management and staff of Phima.
Professor Ahmad said, the Agency is planning to set up a complaints center to resolve daily encounters between clients and facilities and provide the required office items that need to be put in place to make the agency more functional.
The Director e charged them to work diligently and utilize the skills acquired during the sensitization for improved service delivery.
On his part, one of the facilitators of the program Director of Service Charter and Improvement Malam Aminu Imamu Wali said the essence of the sensitization is to train the staff on the activities of servicom and its concept and also to serve as a stepping stone to continue symbiotic relations on the improvement of effective service delivery.
