Qadiriyya Movement Leader in Africa Hails Ganduje For Extending Maukibi Ground

The Qadiriyya movement leader in Africa, Sheikh Kariballah Sheikh Nasiru Kabara has hailed Kano State Governor, Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje for executing meaningful project to the movement more especially the extension of world annual Qadiriyya (Maukibi) ground at Katsina road, known as Kanzul Mudalsami.

Sheikh Kariballah stated this through Alhaji Ali Nayaya Chairman Qadiriyya security committee and member council of Qadiriyya movement when he led a powerful delegation to Kano State Bureau for Land Management on behalf of Sheikh Kariballah.

This was contained in a statement signed by information officer, Kano state Bereau for Land Management Murtala Shehu Umar which was made available to Journalist in Kano.

The statement said “we came to the office of the Permanent Secretary to extend our appreciation to governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje through this office for the extension of Qadiriyya annual ground on behalf of our leader Sheikh Kariballah Sheikh Nasiru Kabara”.

“Your Excellency, we have to thank you for taking good care of Qadiriyya members in Kano and carrying them along in most of Kano state government’s programme.” the delegation revealed.

It said “Qur’an translated by Sheikh Muhammad Nasiru Kabara, other Islamic books and video plate containing Qadiriyya annual program were presented to the Permanent Secretary, Dr Zainab Ibrahim Braji as a gift from the leader of the movement in Africa”.

Responding, the Permanent Secretary, Kano State Bureau for Land Management, Dr Zainab Ibrahim Braji thanked the delegation and promised to extend their appreciation to the governor Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje.
