The Emir of Kano Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero has called on people of the state to maintained their tempo of respecting leaders during the election to enhance hitch free and fair election for the country’s development.
This was contained in a statement signed by Chief press secretary to Kano Emirates council Abubakar Balarabe Kofar Na’isa which was made available to journalist.
The statement said the emir stated this when he received the presidential candidate of APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmad Tunibu at his palace.
The emir who described Kano as a head of election called on people to use their experience to elect those that would be for immense benefit of the nation.
Earlier, the APC presidential candidate Chief Bola Ahmad Tunibu said he was at the Kano state for flat up his campaign in North west and solicited emirs prayer as well as people of the state.
During the visit, Tunibu was accompanied by the state Governor Dr. Abdullahi umar Ganduje, and his Deputy Dr. Nasiru yusif Gawuna, Zamfara state Governor, Senator b
Barau Jibrin, state chairman party Abdullahi Abbas, formers Governors, and top Government officials of the federation.
