Kano State Government has expressed it’s commitment to improve health sector in the state.
The state Commissioner for Health Dr. Aminu Ibrahim Tsanyawa stated this while launching of Free Oral Outreach in commemoration of 2023 world Oral Day at Dambatta local government area.
He said Kano State Government approved for free Oral treatment twice in a year in it’s effort to make people healthy.
“During the exercise over 7500 patients from Bichi Emirate will benefit from Free Oral treatment like feelings, free consultation for all client, polishing the tooth and other Dental issues” the commissioner added.
Dr. Aminu Ibrahim Tsanyawa further said the programme has been introduced by the Kano state government five years ago twice in a year which over 15 Thousand patients with problems are benefiting every year.
“The state government made it as tradition for free Oral and Eye outreach to ensure people especially in the Rural Community are provided with basic services. Dr. Tsanyawa.
During the exercise, Dentist Dr. Idris Ado Muhammad called on people to always checking their Tooth for the safety of their mouth.
Dr. Idris Ado Muhammad commended Kano state government for been the first state in the federation for the introducing the programme.
